We don’t fix bodies.
We free them.
This work was born not just from what I’ve studied — but from what I’ve lived.
Seven years ago, I began a personal journey of recovery: I quit drinking. I faced my eating disorder. I began rebuilding my relationship with food, my body, and my strength from the inside out.
I’ve spent 15+ years in the healing space — building food-based wellness brands (Raw Intervention®, Joy Food Tampa), working as a traveling chef, and supporting clients navigating immune disorders, cancer recovery, and deep fatigue. I’ve seen how food can hurt — and how it can heal.
But as I reached midlife, everything shifted.
My body changed. My metabolism slowed. My needs evolved. And so did my mindset.
So I chose to deepen my path.
I became a Certified Personal Trainer. I pursued a new certification in Sports & Fitness Nutrition. And I committed to creating a new kind of wellness model — one that supports women (especially in midlife or recovery) in building sustainable strength, autonomy, and freedom.
That’s when Trinity Mac Studio Fit was born — and with it, our method:
RE-DEFINE™.
RE-DEFINE™ is for women who are ready to rewrite the story of strength and beauty — on their own terms.
💥 No extremes
💥 No toxic diet culture
💥 No more chasing “skinny” or shrinking to fit
Just real food.
Intentional movement.
Structure with soul.
And support that honors your healing and your fire.
And yes — I especially support women in recovery from disordered eating or unhealthy relationships with food, alcohol, or control.
I’m not a doctor or a substance abuse therapist — I’m a woman in recovery who knows what it takes to feel happy, healthy, fit, and free.
We believe wellness is a creative act.
And like all art, it takes flow, rhythm, and deep self-expression.
RE-DEFINE™ isn’t about going backward.
It’s about becoming more —
More free.
More strong.
More you.
If you’re ready to re~define your body, your energy, and your story —
Welcome in.
